The welding process is heat conduction, that is, the laser radiation heats the surface of the workpiece, and the surface heat diffuses to the inside through heat conduction.


Applicable Materials

1. Stainless steel: two pieces of 316/304/430/201 are stacked together, and the thickness of each direct penetration weld can reach 1mm, butt welding can stack two pieces together to form a direct weld with a thickness of up to 5mm, sealing The thickness can be welded at 0.3mm-5mm, the welding tension can reach 2 tons, and the sealing pressure test can reach 20 kg.
2. Iron: its process and parameters are the same as those of stainless steel.
3. Steel: The process and parameters are the same as those of stainless steel.
4. Copper: 59/62 that can be welded except copper.
5. Aluminum: 1 series, 2 series, 3 series, 4 series, 5 series, 6 series and 7 series can be easily welded.
6. Titanium and molybdenum: can be welded.
7. Tungsten: not weldable.
8. All other metals can be welded
9. Mixed weldable: copper and stainless steel, galvanized, nickel-plated, etc.
